How to make the cake at home?
Cake base: The baking process
- Preheat your microwave to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then apply oil on 2 cake baking pans of 9 inches.
- Don’t forget to sprinkle some flour on the butter or oil you have applied and discard the excess by tapping it.
- Now take a bowl and put sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and stir them very well together in the bowl.
- Now in this dry mixture add eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.
- You now have to beat all ingredients in the bowl with a hand blender or with a spoon till the time you get a paste-like consistency. Make sure that every item is mixed properly and no lumps are there.
- Now in this batter stir in the boiling water so that the batter becomes a bit thinner.
- Transfer the batter into oil-applied pans.
- Bake for around 35-40 minutes.
- When the base is ready, cool it down.
- Keep the base in your refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
