From Manali to Delhi, you can take one of the many buses that run every day. From Delhi, you can take a bus to Manali, where you’ll spend the night.
From Delhi, you can take a Volvo bus operated by HRTC or HPTDC to Manali; from there, you can take one of the HRTC buses that travel between Kullu and Manali and over the Rohtang Pass and Kunzum Pass and on to Kaza.
Both the Spiti valley and the Lahaul valley of the Lahaul and Spiti district are accessible by road from either Sumdo in the Kinnaur district or Manali in the Kullu district.
